The DSY-PH is a classic and popular maize peeling and grits milling machine. It is a combined food processing machine that consists of a peeling machine and a grits grinding machine. The peeling machine efficiently removes the corn seed skin, as well as separates the corn germ, root, and black hilum. This preparation stage ensures that the peeled clean corn kernels are of optimal size, approximately half or less than half the size of a corn seed. The kernels are then broken into different sizes before being fed into the grinding silo for milling and crushing. Finally, the milled corn is graded into even mesh sizes to produce high-quality corn grits and corn flour.

 

The resulting corn grits are uniform in size, ranging from 8 mesh to 24 mesh. They have a round shape with no sharp edges, resembling millet. The grits are clean and free from any skin, flour, germ, or black hilum. In fact, they meet the standards required for entering the supermarket. The default mesh size for corn flour is 40 mesh, but customers can also choose 30 mesh, 50 mesh, or 60 mesh according to their preferences.
